The villa is situated in a private residential area on the Buenaventura Lakes Golf & Country Club Community, in Kissimmee near Orlando.

It takes approximately 20 minutes to drive to the house from the airport, and about 15 minutes to get to Walt Disney World and other major Orlando attractions. The Atlantic coast and the Kennedy Space Centre are about 50 minutes drive to the east and the Gulf of Mexico and Busch Gardens are 90 minutes drive to the west.

The villa is a fully detached property built on a 1/5 th acre plot which backs onto a small private lake. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a living/dining room, a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast nook, a utility area and a double garage with a remote controlled door.

The property is luxuriously furnished with carpeted rooms and tiled bathrooms. It has air-conditioning to every room, and there are also ceiling fans for additional air circulation.

It will sleep up to six people in the bedrooms and another two people on the fold away beds which are stored in the master bedroom.
