HOUSEKEEPER SERVICES INCLUDE CHANGE OF TOWELS, BEDLINEN AND CLEANING DAILY.

Thank you for your e-mail - we had a wonderful holiday at E L Nivas. Suresh was excellent!
He was so helpful in every way. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He made us so
welcome.
The apartment was well looked after by Fatima and we have no complaints at all.
Look forward to seeing everyone again next year. We wonder why we ever stayed in a hotel!

We had a very enjoyable stay at El Nivas & loved the upstairs Penthouse overlooking the coconut palms. Suresh & Fatima were brilliant & attended to our every request promptly.Hope to be back again next year

We had a wonderful time staying in your apartments, lovedstaying there perfect location, great space and wonderful balcony.
We were impressed with the water fountain, definite bonus, allpositive feedback.
Suresh was a star and made sure we had everything we needed,even an umbrella!
We had an easy journey home, I can still feel Kerala colours andsmells!
We will definitely book with you again.
