Set on a hill, amongst 20,000 sq. ft. of garden it has a commanding view of the Atlantic Ocean, Lance-Aux-Epines Beach and the Caribbean Sea.

The apartment has it's own entrance, which leads to the garden filled with tropical flowers and plants. There are a combination of seasonal fruits such as golden apples, mangoes, oranges, plums and carambola (also know as five fingers). These are available to pick at your leisure, while strolling through the garden. Or you can sit and relax with a drink while simultaneously enjoying the view!

The apartment is within 10 minutes drive from the Maurice Bishop International Airport(MBIA) and the St. George's Medical University.

Its horseshoe-shaped harbor is surrounded by a pastel rainbow of dockside warehouses and the red-tiled roofs of traditional shops and homes.

Rich in English, French and West Indian history, St. George’s is filled with beautiful well-preserved examples of French and British Colonial architecture. There are two local shopping centres less than 15 minutes drive away. Also the capital St. George’s, the Old Colonial Town is less than 15 minutes drive away.
