A beautiful and spacious 17C farmhouse with 6/7 bedrooms set in 13 acres with swimming pool. Situated on top of a hill with panoramic views. Village nearby for bakery, supermarkets, restaurants, pleasure lake, tennis courts and a spa.
Kitchen is very well equipped and doors lead to a shaded terrace for outdoor dining. Reception room with sofas and piano. Main reception room has a majestic fireplace, sofa bed and armchairs. Laundry room. Shower room. Upstairs a further living room with TV. There are 4 bedrooms in the main house. A 17C Pigeonnier is attached to the property and has a further double bedroom and 2 single bedrooms.
The house is set in 13 acres of grounds with mature trees and a landscaped pond with a feature deck. the 12m x 6m secure swimming pool has a patio with loungers, garden furniture and BBQ.
Linen, towels (not swimming) and a welcome pack are provided. 1 week bookings accepted. Saturday changeover. Non-smokers preferred.
