The main house ( 125 sqm) is composed by:
two rooms with double beds and big wardrobes,

One room with two twin beds( Wardrobe),

2nd floor :One room with "sofabed" for (2 person) and wardrobe+a shower room,

All the bedrooms are air-conditioned

two WC, one bathroom and a large corridor.

The Livingroom (35 sqm), with fireplace is open to a large vèranda (25 sqm) with barbecue. The kitchen in provencestyle is nicely decorated and have nice and comfortable furnitures. The house is fully equiped for 10 persons:

Washing machin, dryer, 2dishwasher,2 fridges.2 sat\tv. (french, english and scandinavian channels) telefhone and alarm ...etc.

The gardenhouse:30 sqm.

Close to the swimmingpool ,the gardenhouse include a very large doublebed , WC , bathroom ,Tv (only french channels) , fridge and a little terrasse with furnitures.

This house is a romantic place for a couple looking for total privacy.

The Swimmingpool 50 sqm (5m by 10m) is equiped with protection for children,beachbeds and parasoll.

The garden: 2030 sqm

With very beautiful palms, pines, oaks and flowers ,the garden incude a big open pavillon for 10 persons under the palms. The main part of the garden is behind the mainhouse. The garden and the house are protected from the road ,by trees witch give privacy and intimity.

There is a covered terasse with barbecue,( behind the house ), and an open terasse in front of the house, a beautiful place to play "petanque" or looking at the sunset behind the hills

The area.

The houses are situated in a nice quiet residential area with lots of Villas, at 1,5 km from the sandy beach and the center of St. Aygulf. The beaches are known as the largest on the cost with white sand ; and in summertime they are filled up with bars.restaurants and beachbeds.

You can also find small beaches between the red rocks along the coast.

The natural and protected parc of "VILLEPEY" with swans and many other birds is 500 m from the villa: easy "familly bike promenade" from the villa

Frejus is a roman town close by,here you`ll find l`amphitheatre, " Les Arenes" and Le Theatre Romain.

A tennistable is available in the garden where you also can play petanque.
