A deposit for Security/Damage of $250 ($500 for 3 weeks or longer) is due 10 days after booking to secure reservation. It is refunded within 30 days after departure and inspection of condo for damage or loss of items
Cancellation is required 60 days or more prior to scheduled arrival date in value season, and 90 days or more prior to scheduled arrival date in high/peak season. If cancellations are made less than the 60/90 days prior to scheduled arrival or after scheduled arrival date, payments will be retained. If the unit can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued less the administration fee of $100.00
Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival and can be check, money order or money transfer
