Villa Hibiscus is located on an exclusive development, it enjoys the benefits of a corner location, is tastefully decorated and has been professionally furnished and equipped with many luxury features. It is fully air-conditioned and comprises two master bedroom suites with Queen size beds, two twin-bedded rooms, a third bathroom with bath and shower over, a large family room, living room, kitchen, breakfast nook, dining room and a laundry room. There are hair dryers in each bathroom, all bedrooms and the family room have ceiling fans to compliment the air-conditioning. All bedrooms have Cable TV, walk in closets, hangers and all linen (including towels). Guests are asked to bring their own beach towels.
The family room has Cable TV with DVD, CD Player/Tuner, a selection of Films & CD's are available for your enjoyment. The living room has Cable TV and a PS2 PlayStation. All patio doors and windows that open have had alarms installed.
There is a separate dining room for more formal dining. The kitchen is fitted with a full sized cooker, microwave, large capacity fridge freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, twin sinks with a waste disposal unit. Other appliances include coffee maker, blender, toaster, electric kettle etc. All cooking and dining utensils are provided. There telephone provides for all local, long distance and International calls free of charge.
The laundry room is equipped with a large capacity washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
The Games room is equipped with an 8ft slate bed Professional Pool table, Air Hockey and Foosball.
To the rear is a heated 26ft x 13ft salt water pool with raised Spa/Jacuzzi, the ideal place to relax in after a hectic day at the parks, or golf course. The pool has extensive decking and is south west facing to capture the day long sunshine. It is equipped with luxury upholstered poolside furniture, you can choose either to bathe in the sun, or retreat to the shade of the Lanai with its cooling fans, the choice is yours.
The pool area is fully screened to let the sunshine in, but keeps bugs out. Enjoy the thrill of moonlit bathing in your own illuminated pool, or savour the peace and tranquillity whilst sitting out and just star gazing.
