You must pay 30% of the total price, once we have received this we can then confirm your booking.

This can be paid by cash, visa or bank transfer. This must be paid within 48 hrs of requesting the booking.

The rest of de monies are to be paid in cash on arrival, when collecting your keys, plus 100 € (1 bedroom) or 150 € (2 bedrooms), refundable breakage deposit.
If you are leaving your holiday apartment any other time other than 10 am your deposit will be returned by bank transfer or if you have paid by credit card we will do the refund to your credit card. Sundays deposits cannot be refunded as we cannot check the apartments, therefore these will be returned on Mondays either via bank transfer or to the credit card (if you have paid by credit card)

If your arrival is out of our office hours, the keys will be colleted from a Hotel near to Folies Vacances, our Benidorm Real estate.
To be able to use this service you have to pay the total of your booking plus the 100 € (1 bedroom) or 150 € (2 bedrooms), refundable breakage deposit beforehand.

Minimum stays are 7 nights. For bookings less than 7 nights there is a supplement to pay on the price of €52 between June– September. The rest of the year the supplement is €40 for one bedroom apartments.
